## Notice!!!

Chatbot can’t send **Google Drives** or **OneDrive links** to be an media file, we need to upload them on our platform (ChatkuAI) to be sent out by our chatbot.

Google drive  or OneDrive link is not a static link, so our platform cannot send and preview it properly in live chat

1. Go to “My Content”
2. Go to “Media Library”
3. “Upload”
4. Choose the file type you want to upload
5. Press the download button
6. Copy the link and use the link to send media to user
