# Using the mobile app

Mampu AI comes with a mobile companion app, so you can stay on top of customer conversations when you're away from your desk. Reply to customers, collaborate with your team, and get a push notification the moment a new message arrives.

## Download the app

* **Android** — install [Sapot Chat on Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sapotchat.app)
* **iPhone and iPad** — install [Mampu Chat on the App Store](https://apps.apple.com/my/app/mampu-chat/id6778253606)

Both listings are the same app — only the name on the store differs.

## Sign in

1. Open the app.
2. When asked for your workspace URL, enter `https://chat.sapot.ai`.
3. Log in with the same email and password you use on the web.

If you work across more than one account, you can add each one and switch between them inside the app.

## What you can do on mobile

* **Reply anywhere** — handle conversations from live chat, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, SMS and more, all in one inbox.
* **Never miss a message** — get push notifications for new customer messages and teammate @-mentions.
* **Collaborate** — assign conversations, leave private notes, and mention teammates without the customer seeing.
* **Reply faster** — use your canned responses for common questions.
* **Send rich replies** — images, files, audio messages, and voice notes.
* **See full context** — contact details, past conversations, and notes sit right next to the chat.
* **Stay organized** — filter by label, status, assignee, or inbox, and mark conversations open, pending, snoozed, or resolved.

Everything you do in the app syncs instantly with the web dashboard, so your team always sees the same picture.
