# Bot User

1. In **Dashboard**, open the bot you want to access.
2. Find **Bot Users**, under the side panel.
3. Here you can access all the user that subscribed to your chatbot.
4. You can Create, Manage, & Download bot users here.

1. Select file
2. Select Custom Field
3. Add tag (Optional but recommend)
4. Confirm Import
