# Live Chat

Where you can live chat of a chatbot?

FIRST PLACE: In **Dashboard**, click **Live Chat** at the top.

SECOND PLACE: 

1. In **Dashboard**, select the channel where the chatbot you are looking is located.
2. Click **Open Bot**
3. Select **Live Chat** at the left sidebar. You can expand the sidebar by click on the arrow below.
