# 为 Official WhatsApp API 添加付款卡

Meta 会对 **Official WhatsApp API** 号码[送达的消息收费](https://developers.facebook.com/documentation/business-messaging/whatsapp/pricing)，所以你需要先在 Meta 添加付款卡，才能发送消息。这张卡绑定在你的**消息账户**（messaging account）上：也就是 Meta 中存放你的 WhatsApp 模板和账单的账户。Meta 已经为你建好这个账户，你只需要添加卡。Meta 直接从这张卡扣款，与你的 Mampu AI 方案分开计费。参见 [Meta：为消息账户添加信用卡](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/488291839463771)。

## 1. 打开你的消息账户

1. 用连接你 WhatsApp 号码的那个 Facebook 账户登录。
2. 打开 [business.facebook.com/latest/settings/whatsapp\_account](https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/whatsapp_account)。这会打开 Meta Business Suite 的 **Settings**。
3. 在左侧菜单的 **Business assets** 下，点击 **Messaging accounts**。请选 **Messaging accounts**，不是 **WhatsApp accounts**：付款卡属于消息账户。参见 [Meta：账户结构](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1082831781117070)。
4. 在列表中点击你的账户，右侧会显示它的详情。

**注意**：要添加付款卡，你需要拥有管理这个消息账户付款设置的权限。账户所有者自动拥有这个权限。

## 2. 打开 Payment settings

在 **Summary** 标签页，**Business information** 列出账户的详情：

* **Currency** 是 Meta 向你收费所用的货币。
* **Payment method** 显示 Meta 扣款的付款卡，添加之后才会出现。

点击右侧的 **Payment settings**。

## 3. 添加付款卡

Meta 会打开这个账户的 **Billing & payments**。

1. 点击 **Add payment method**。
2. 按照 Meta 的步骤填写付款信息，然后点击 **Next**。
3. 输入卡片资料，点击 **Save**。
4. 填写你的商家信息，点击 **Save**。Meta 可能会在这一步要求你提供税务资料。

之后，你的卡会显示在 **Payment methods** 下。Meta 从标有 **Default** 的卡扣款，这张卡也会显示在 **You'll pay using** 下。在账户的 **Summary** 标签页，它显示在 **Payment method** 下。

你也可以从 **Settings → Billing & payments → Messaging accounts** 添加付款卡：点击你的账户旁边的 **Add payment method**。如果账户已经有卡，这里会显示 **View details**。

## 如果卡付款失败

部分马来西亚银行会拦截海外刷卡扣款，而 Meta 是从海外向你的卡扣款。如果遇到这种情况，你可以：

1. 打电话给银行，请他们允许付款给 Meta，或
2. 改用另一张卡：在 **Billing & payments** 点击 **Add payment method**。

如果你没有其他卡，可以试试：

1. 查看手机短信或银行 App，银行可能已发出批准这笔付款的请求。
2. 打电话给银行，请他们允许付款给 Meta。

**注意**：想确认是不是付款问题导致消息发不出，可以在 Mampu AI 中打开收件箱的 **Account Health** 标签页，查看 **Payment method**。那里的 **Manage payment method** 会打开这个号码在 Meta 的账单页面。参见 [WhatsApp 消息为什么发送失败](/settings/whatsapp-message-errors)。

## 常见问题

### Normal WhatsApp Web Link 也需要付款卡吗？

不需要。**Normal WhatsApp Web Link** 不产生 Meta 费用。只有用 **Official WhatsApp API** 连接的号码才需要付款卡。参见 [Normal WhatsApp Web Link 对比 Official WhatsApp API](/platform/connect-to-social-media-channels/normal-whatsapp-vs-whatsapp-cloud)。

### Meta 接受哪些卡？

Visa 和 Mastercard。Meta 不接受 American Express，也不接受 PayPal 等数字支付方式。只有在 [Meta 支持的国家/地区](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/419761233006366)才能用卡付款。

### 如果我不添加付款卡会怎样？

Meta 无法对你的消息收费，所以你的模板消息（包括 WhatsApp blasting）会发送失败。失败的消息会显示错误 **131042: Business eligibility payment issue**。参见 [WhatsApp 消息为什么发送失败](/settings/whatsapp-message-errors) 和 [Meta：错误代码](https://developers.facebook.com/documentation/business-messaging/whatsapp/support/error-codes)。

### 这和支付 Mampu AI 方案是同一回事吗？

### 可以添加第二张卡吗？

可以。在 **Billing & payments** 再次点击 **Add payment method**。Meta 只从标有 **Default** 的卡扣款。
