# 智能体模板

**Agent Templates** 列出为常见行业准备好的 Flow 智能体，例如美容、保健品、贷款咨询、房产和网店。选一个适合你业务的模板，你就会得到一份属于自己的流程副本，可以在设计器里编辑。只有管理员能在侧边栏看到 **Agent Templates**。

## 浏览模板

在侧边栏打开 **Agent Templates**。每张卡片显示：

* 模板名称以及它能帮你完成的事
* 灰色标签，列出流程的主要任务，例如 **Concern check** 或 **Treatment booking**
* **Use template** 按钮

## 用模板创建智能体

1. 找到适合你业务的卡片。
2. 点击 **Use template**。
3. 新的智能体会在设计器中打开，并停在 **Playground**，你可以马上试用。

新智能体沿用模板的名称，并保存为草稿。在你发布它并连接到收件箱之前，它不会回复任何客户。在那之前，请把问题、回答和步骤改成符合你的业务。参见[搭建对话流程](/flow-agents/building-the-conversation-flow)和[测试并连接智能体](/flow-agents/testing-and-connecting-an-agent)。

## 没有适合你行业的模板时

页面上最后一张卡片是 **Don't see your industry?**。点击 **Build with AI**，描述你的业务以及智能体要做的事，AI 就会为你起草一个对话流程。参见[通过聊天设计你的智能体](/flow-agents/designing-your-agent-by-chatting)。

## 常见问题

### 使用模板会影响其他账户吗？

不会。**Use template** 只在你自己的工作区里创建副本，你的修改只留在你的副本中。

### 同一个模板可以用多次吗？

可以。每点一次 **Use template** 就会多创建一个草稿智能体，你可以把两个版本放在一起比较。

### 为什么我在侧边栏看不到 Agent Templates？

只有管理员可以创建 Flow 智能体，所以只有他们能看到模板页面。请联系你工作区的管理员。
