# 请求新功能

缺少你需要的功能？直接在仪表盘里发送功能请求。只需回答三个简短问题，我们会阅读每一个请求。你请求的功能上线后，我们会通知你。

## 在哪里找到

**Request a feature** 位于侧边栏底部、**What's new** 下方，在每个页面、对每个角色都会显示。侧边栏折叠时，它显示为一个灯泡图标。

## 发送请求

1. 点击 **Request a feature**。
2. 在 **What are you trying to do?** 中描述你想完成的事情，例如 *给 3 天没有回复的潜在客户发送提醒*。
3. 在 **How do you do it today? (optional)** 中说明你现在是怎么处理的，这能让我们了解使用场景。
4. 在 **How much does it matter?** 中选择 **Blocking my work**、**Slows me down weekly** 或 **Nice to have**。
5. 点击 **Send request**。

填好第一个问题和 **How much does it matter?** 后，**Send request** 才会可用。你所在的页面、你的角色和套餐会自动附上。每小时最多可以发送 10 个请求。

## 从搜索中请求

搜索的内容找不到？按 **Ctrl+K**（Mac 上按 **⌘K**），输入你要找的内容，然后选择列表最后的 **Can't find it? Request a feature**。表单打开时，**What are you trying to do?** 中已经填好你的搜索内容。你之前在表单里输入的内容会保留。

## 查看你的请求

打开 **Request a feature** 并切换到 **My requests**，即可查看你在这个工作区发送过的请求以及每个请求的进度。

| 状态 | 含义 |
| --- | --- |
| **Received** | 我们已收到，正在评估 |
| **Planned** | 已列入我们的开发计划 |
| **Shipped** | 已上线，并附有 **See what's new** 链接 |

## 功能上线时

你请求的功能上线后，你会在铃铛里收到一条通知 **<功能> is live**，并收到一封邮件。点击通知即可查看更新内容。这封邮件默认开启。如需关闭，在 **Profile Settings** 页面的 **Notification preferences** 中取消勾选 **A feature you asked for with Request a feature is live**。
