# 自定义属性和备注

为每个联系人记录额外的背景信息：

* **Custom attributes** — 保存企业专属字段（例如套餐类型、账户 ID）。需先在 **Settings → Custom Attributes** 中定义这些字段。
* **Notes** — 为团队留下关于该联系人的内部备注。

这些信息会显示在联系人的资料页上，有助于让未来的会话更加个性化。
