Omni Channels ->Allows you to create a web widget chatbot and also link to other channels (Can be used even when there is no WhatsApp Number connected to it).
Bots → Can see the list of bots that can be used

Open AI: Insert the Open AI API key (See below details instruction)
Google Sheet: Connect to your Google Account.
Media Library: Upload your media here (Image, Video, Audio, File).
Settings: To modify your workspace photo and name and also invite team members to your workspace.

Flow builder → Where you build the chatbot's flow. This is where we can see how the chatbot logic works.
Flow -> Can search for the flow that you have. Also, can create folder to manage the flow here.
Live Chat → To view the user conversation with the chatbot. Agent can also interact with user in this page.
Bot user → You can view specific user info and also import bot users into your workspace.
Automation:
Keyword: How you want the AI to trigger specific flow. By default, AI will respond to every user message.
Set keyword: Respond only when a specific keyword is used.
Contents:
Bot Fields: Can edit your business info here.
Tools:
Error Logs: If there are any bugs or error in the chatbot, you can find the reason here.
Broadcast: To blast messages to the large amount of users.
