Steps to connect WA

To connect normal WhatsApp account to our AI chatbot system, you will need to follow these steps.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the WhatsApp Setup

   1. First, navigate to Normal WhatsApp in left panel under Bots section.

   2. Add new bot

2. Fill in info

   1. Provider - WhatsApp by Mampu AI

   2. Connect Method - Scan QR Code

   3. WhatsApp Number - Input the phone number you want to connect.

   4. Instance Name - Provide a name for your bot

   5. Add

Instance Name - cannot have space in the name

1. Scan QR Code

Press "QR Code" button to scan the QR Code.

Please use the WhatsApp App to scan, not the normal QR scanner.

4. Integration Setup

Once scan the QR code, you will see status is connected and you can create your own bot.

Notes:

1. Button will not work in normal WhatsApp, it only available in WhatsApp API, Webchat and Telegram.

2. Better add delay between messages, so that message not too quick to looks like human
