# Quick Reply/Shortcut Reply

### Steps:

1. Open your **bot**.
2. From left panel, find **Tools**.
3. Go to **Shortcuts**.
4. Press **+ New Shortcut**.
5. Write **shortcut name** and its **message** carry.
6. **Save** it.

You can also import a **csv sheet** (Excel file) if got.

### How to use it:

1. Put a **backslash "/"** in reply column.
2. You'll be able to see any shortcut you've created.
3. **Click on it** and you'll see the message.
4. **Send** it.
