Beyond live chat and WhatsApp, you can run:
- SMS blasting — send a one-off text message to a selected audience of contacts.
- API blasting — reach customers through your API channel for fully custom use cases: write the message, attach media, pick the audience (filter your contacts or upload a list), and set the scheduled time.
Neither is listed in the Blasting menu any more, and the blastings you set up keep running. To open one, go to Blasting and change the end of the address in your browser from /campaigns/blasts to /campaigns/sms or /campaigns/api, then click Create blasting.
