Your approved FAQs already hold the answers customers need. On accounts where it is switched on, Mampu AI turns them into draft help centre articles for you. Each draft gathers the FAQs on one subject into a single readable article, so you edit and publish instead of writing from a blank page. Nothing is ever published without you.
Where the drafts come from
- Only approved FAQs. Drafts use the FAQs you approved in AI Knowledge. Pending suggestions and other conversations are never used. See Managing AI Knowledge.
- One article per subject. Related FAQs are gathered into one article with its own sections, rather than one thin page per question.
- Written overnight. New drafts are ready by the morning.
- In your portal’s main language. Drafts are written in the portal’s default language and placed in a matching category when one exists. You can move them to another category, or translate them once they are ready.
- Linked to what you have published. When a published article covers a related subject, the draft can end with a Related reading list linking to it.
Find your drafts
- Home shows Review … AI article drafts while any are waiting. Click Review to open them. See Your daily summary on Home.
- Help Center → Articles → Draft lists them with your other drafts. Each draft names one of your administrators as its author.
Review a draft
Every AI draft opens with a block headed Editor notes (AI draft) — delete this block before publishing. It tells you how many approved FAQs the article was built from and lists anything that needs your eye:
- Customer questions with no approved answer yet: things customers asked that your FAQs do not answer. Add and approve those FAQs to make the article complete.
- Sentences removed from the draft, with the reason, when your FAQs did not back them up.
- Figures the entries disagree on: prices or numbers that differ between FAQs. They are left out of the article. Fix the FAQ, then add the right figure to the article yourself.
- Facts that will go stale: dates, offers and prices to re-check every time you review the article.
Read the article as an editor would. Check the facts, adjust the wording to your brand, and add images if they help. Then delete the editor notes block and click Publish.
You cannot publish while the block is still there. The editor shows Editor notes are still in the article. Delete the block at the top before publishing. until you remove it.
When your FAQs change
- A draft nobody has touched is kept up to date. If you approve new FAQs on the same subject, the draft is rewritten in place instead of a second draft appearing beside it.
- Once you take a subject over, it stays yours. After you edit a draft, move it to another category, publish it or archive it, no new draft is written on that subject. Keep the article current yourself.
- Deleting a draft sets the subject aside for about a month. It is not drafted again in the meantime.
The waiting-drafts limit
Drafts wait for you, so they never pile up unread. When a set number of AI drafts are waiting in Draft, no new ones are written. Your account administrators receive an email saying how many more subjects are ready. It is sent at most once a day. Publishing, archiving or deleting waiting drafts makes room, and new drafts arrive the next morning.
Not seeing any drafts?
- AI article drafts are not switched on for every account yet. If your account does not have them, nothing is drafted.
- You need an active portal and at least one administrator on the account.
- You need approved FAQs. A subject needs at least three related approved FAQs before it can become an article.
