Connect a Lark (Feishu) Base table and every customer who reaches your Flow Agent gets a row in it. The row keeps updating as they answer, and you choose which column each detail lands in.
Connect
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Lark Base.
- Enter your Lark App ID and Lark App Secret from your Lark app.
- Enter the Base token and Table ID. Both are in your Base’s web address:
/base/<Base token>?table=<Table ID>. - Choose the Region: Lark (global) or Feishu (China).
- Click Connect.
Choosing the columns
Once connected, Field mapping lists your table’s columns so you can decide where each detail goes.
- Click Add mapping and pick a Lark column.
- Under Data to send, choose what goes into it (see below).
- Repeat for each column.
- Under Match customers by, pick the column that identifies the customer. Map a column to the contact’s phone number or email first, then pick it here.
- Click Save mapping.
Click Test mapping to check it: a test row is written to your table and removed again, and any column that doesn’t fit is named so you can fix it.
What you can send to each column
- Contact fields — Contact name, Contact phone number, Contact email, First chatted at, Contact ID, Company, City and Country.
- Inbox — Inbox name, Inbox ID, Channel, and Inbox phone number: the WhatsApp or SMS number the customer messaged. It stays empty for channels without a number, such as Instagram or your website.
- Assignment — Assigned agent name, Assigned agent email, Team, and the Flow agent that talked to the customer.
- Conversation — Conversation ID, Conversation link (opens the chat in Mampu AI), Status, Priority, Labels, Conversation started at and Last activity at.
- Contact custom attributes and Conversation custom attributes — every attribute set up under Settings → Custom Attributes.
- Ad source — the Ad / post ID when the customer came from an ad.
- Flow answers — the answers your Flow Agents collect.
Dates go into Date columns and numbers into Number columns; the mapping fills them in the right format for you. Each customer keeps one row, so the Inbox, Assignment and Conversation columns show their latest conversation.
When rows update
- A customer’s row is added as soon as they reach your Flow Agent, and it updates as they answer.
- When someone assigns the conversation to an agent or a team, or changes either one, the row updates within seconds. You don’t have to wait for the customer’s next message.
- When a conversation is unassigned or its team is removed, the columns mapped to Assigned agent name, Assigned agent email and Team are cleared, so the table matches what you see in Mampu AI.
- Other empty values never overwrite what’s already in your table.
Disconnecting
Click Delete on the Lark Base page and confirm. Flow answers stop syncing; your table keeps everything collected so far.
