If you see an error when generating the QR code of the WhatsApp, you can follow this step-by-step process to fix the issue.

Common Issue

  • QR Code is not generating.

  • Showing any error when press QR code.


Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide

1. Logout the Instance

  1. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to your WhatsApp instance.

  2. Select “Logout Instance”.

  3. Confirm the logout by pressing “Confirm Logout”.

  4. Wait for the instance to log out completely.


2. Reboot the Instance

  1. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) again.

  2. Select "Reboot Instance".

  3. Wait for a few seconds.


3. Check Connection Status

  1. After reboot, click on “Check Connection Status”.

  2. Ensure the status changes to “Closed”.


4. Generate a New QR Code

  1. Click on the QR Code button.

  2. If showing error, try press it one more time.

  3. Scan the QR code with your WhatsApp mobile app.


Final Verification

  • If the status changes to Active, your WhatsApp bot is now connected.

  • If you still face issues, repeat Steps 1 to 4.
