If you see an error when generating the QR code of the WhatsApp, you can follow this step-by-step process to fix the issue.

- QR Code is not generating. 
- Showing any error when press QR code. 
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide
1. Logout the Instance
- Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to your WhatsApp instance. 
- Select “Logout Instance”. 
- Confirm the logout by pressing “Confirm Logout”. 
- Wait for the instance to log out completely. 
2. Reboot the Instance
- Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) again. 
- Select "Reboot Instance". 
- Wait for a few seconds. 
3. Check Connection Status
- After reboot, click on “Check Connection Status”. 
- Ensure the status changes to “Closed”. 
4. Generate a New QR Code
- Click on the QR Code button. 
- If showing error, try press it one more time. 
- Scan the QR code with your WhatsApp mobile app.
