Finding the receipt for conversational cost for WhatsApp API

This video will guide you on how to check and download receipt of conversational cost of WhatsApp API account.

Steps:

1. Kindly click this link: https://business.facebook.com/billing_hub/payment_activity

2. From upright, you can select the account you want to check.

3. If empty, select timeframe.

4. You can click on Transaction ID or download button to view your receipt.

You can also change your payment method on this page, click on Payment methods and you'll be able to change the card you want.
