Mostly Used Function (ChatkuAI Main Page)

1. Dashboard → Can see the current chatbot situation (eg. How many users, how many bots, error logs).

2. Omni Channels ->Allows you to create a web widget chatbot and also link to other channels (Can be used even when there is no WhatsApp Number connected to it).

3. Bots → Can see the list of bots that can be used

   → Can Link the bot to specific channel

Connect to Social Media Channels

1. Integrations → Currently we only focusing on Open AI & Google Sheets.

   1. Open AI: Insert the Open AI API key (See below details instruction)

   2. Google Sheet: Connect to your Google Account.

Getting new/permanent OpenAI key

1. Media Library: Upload your media here (Image, Video, Audio, File).

2. Settings: To modify your workspace photo and name and also invite team members to your workspace.
