Facebook Post Comment Capture

1. Accessing Comment Keyword Automation

  • Open your ChatkuAI > Facebook bot

  • Open Automations > Comment Keywords > Add Comment Keyword.

2. Setting Up

  • Name: Give your automation a name (e.g., “Mampu AI FB”) for easy identification.

  • Track Comments On

    • Choose if you want to track comments on All Posts or only Specific Posts.

  • Comment Matching Rules

    • Capture comments with specific keywords (e.g., “PM”) or capture all comments.

  • Public Reply to Comment (Optional)

    • You can add multiple variations to make the replies more natural. ("PM done")

    • These replies will be selected randomly for each comment captured.

  • Comment Payload (Optional)

    • You can choose to save the captured comment data into a payload.

    • This saved data can be used for further processing inside your flow (such as sending a private message or triggering a follow-up flow).

  • Private Reply via Messenger

    • Set the private reply flow under Private Reply in Messenger.

    • Example: You can choose a flow that sends personalized messages to the commenter’s inbox.

  • Reply Timing

    • To make the automation more natural, you can set a Reply Delay like immediately or 3 mins.

  • Additional Settings

    • You can enable or disable the following based on your needs:

      • Reply to new users only (those who have never interacted with your page before)

      • Reply to existing subscribers (those who have messaged your page before)

      • Reply only once to each user in a post (avoid spammy behavior)

      • Like the user’s comment automatically

      • Optionally, delete the comment after capturing it (useful to hide leads from competitors)

      • Reply to replies to comments (if you want to capture comment replies too)

      • Track if a user tags other users in the comment

3. Final Step: Save & Activate

  • Press Save and set to Active.

Your automation is now live and will capture comments based on your settings!
