# AI Reply Assist for Live Agent

### Steps:

1. On **Live Chat** page, click the **Agent Assist** at the middle bottom of page.
2. Press on **Select**.
3. You can create system message by your own by clicking **+ New**.
4. Select the **system message** you want to send.
5. Press **Get Suggestion**.
6. It will **generate a message** based on currently chat flow.
7. If good to go, click on **Use Suggestion**.
8. Press **Send**.
