AI Reply Assist for Live Agent

This video will guide you on how to use AI generated reply by different information given by live agent.

Steps:

1. On Live Chat page, click the Agent Assist at the middle bottom of page.

2. Press on Select.

3. You can create system message by your own by clicking + New.

4. Select the system message you want to send.

5. Press Get Suggestion.

6. It will generate a message based on currently chat flow.

7. If good to go, click on Use Suggestion.

8. Press Send.
