Where you can live chat of a chatbot?

FIRST PLACE: In Dashboard, click Live Chat at the top.

SECOND PLACE:

1. In Dashboard, select the channel where the chatbot you are looking is located.

2. Click Open Bot

3. Select Live Chat at the left sidebar. You can expand the sidebar by click on the arrow below.
