By default, the AI chatbot can handle all chat interactions. However, you may also configure it to respond only when a specific keyword is used. This can help in scenarios where you want to limit the chatbot’s interactions to specific contexts or conversations.
In this mode, the AI chatbot will respond to every user message. No special configuration is required. Simply ensure that the chatbot is integrated into your chat platform.
Step to open the default mode:
Open your bot
Go to automation
Look for Keywords session
Open the active button
Choose the sub flow (eg: Basic FAQ AI/ SME AI)
click "+ New Keword"
Set up the name
Write the keyword you want to trigger (eg: help, bot, ...)
Choose the sub flow
Save
Tips for Choosing a Keyword
Relevance: Choose a keyword that is relevant to the assistance the chatbot provides.
Simplicity: Use a simple word or phrase that users are likely to remember.
Uniqueness: Ensure the keyword is unique enough to avoid accidental triggers.
